“I love my Sound Oasis! The sound quality is superior to any radio/sound machine I have ever heard, and the choice of nature sounds is much more extensive. Even the amber light display, which is adjustable to three different levels of intensity, is more soothing than the bright green on my former clock/sound machine. One of the things I love the most is how the alarm begins at a soft level and gradually increases, rather than blasting me out of bed every morning! It was my Christmas present to myself, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”

“We’ve had our Sound Oasis S-5000 since February of 2014, and we’ve never had any issues. The sound is clear and crisp. I haven’t heard any transitioning sounds from the looping. It’s so worth the price. My husband suffers tinnitus, and he says he sleeps so much more soundly with the Oasis on. We’re buying another one for the other bedroom. Now everyone’s sleep will be peaceful.”

“I’ve only had this sound machine for a few days, but was so impressed that I’ve already bought a second one for another part of the house. It’s a high-end price, but a high-quality product. The speakers sound really good. The quality of the sound samples is also quite nice — it really does sound like the background noise of a forest, rainstorm, ocean surf, etc., and not something that’s looping. I don’t plan on using the alarm clock, and don’t have much interest in “mixing” the sounds (at least for now), but it is nice that it doubles as a clock. I’m definitely satisfied with my purchase.”

“Have had it about a week and enjoying it greatly. As others have noted sound quality is high and there are 24 choices. It’s convenient to have two alarms set up – I use one for weekends and one for weekdays. I do not run the sound all night so the disadvantage of having to wake up to a buzzer doesn’t affect me. A nice feature is that it has a sound timer that can be set 30/60/90 minutes so if you don’t need white noise all night you can soothe yourself to sleep over one of those intervals and still wake up to soothing chimes, chirping birds, etc. It’s expensive, and I can’t yet say if it’s worth $200, but I’m very happy to have it!”
