Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day are processed the same day when the item is in stock. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when the carrier picks up the package.

In-stock items usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. If an item is back-ordered, we will email you with the expected ship date. If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no time is stated, we will offer you a new date or a full refund.

Methods and rates

We ship within the United States by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the service you choose.

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and remote ZIP codes can add time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes on expedited services.

Free standard shipping applies to Continental U.S. orders of $40 or more before tax, unless the offer says otherwise. Free shipping does not include expedited service.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses when checkout accepts the address. International shipping is available to the countries shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees on international orders. Those charges are not included in our price and are not refundable if you refuse the package.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the shipment. If tracking shows delivered and you did not receive the package, check with neighbors and the carrier, then contact us within 7 days at 1-866-625-3218 with your order number. We will open a carrier trace or replace the order.

Inspect the package on arrival. If it arrives damaged, photograph the box and the product and contact us within 7 days. We will send a prepaid return label or a replacement.

Address changes and refusals

Confirm your address at checkout. We can change it only before the order ships. If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping is at your expense. Refused packages are treated as a change-of-mind return: product refund only, and you pay the original and return shipping.

Split shipments

If an order contains in-stock and back-ordered items, we may ship the in-stock items first at no extra charge. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
